Overview The Assistant Director of Event Planning is responsible for assisting the Director of Event Planning in the planning and execution of events. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring that all events are successful. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Director of Event Planning is responsible for assisting the Director of Event Planning in the planning and execution of events. This includes coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring that all events are successful. The Assistant Director of Event Planning will be responsible for researching and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets. They will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the event are taken care of. The Assistant Director of Event Planning will also be responsible for overseeing the setup and breakdown of events, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
