Assistant Corporate Bond Portfolio Manager Jobs

Utilize project management integrated software (PMIS) program and PM tools (Bluebeam, MS project, etc.) for all assigned bond projects

Minimum of 7 years experience in furniture, fixtures and equipment planning in K-12 education facilities

Manage vendor relationships with service providers and manufactures.

Work with FBISD directors, managers, administration and campus staff to develop project scopes, deliverables and timelines for bond projects

Generate and manage project schedules for moves

Manage activation related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and retained

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in wealth management, trading, operations, and/or client services.

Provides timely feedback to the Relationship Manager regarding important/critical events and/or discussions that occur with the client

Experience with planning software, such as EnvestNet and MoneyGuidePro.

Advises clients on appropriate strategies and constructs and customizes portfolios according to client needs or preferences

Maintains a high level of collaboration with investment research and relationship team

Liaises with administrative and operations team members to provide exemplary service to the client

Organizational and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Great interpersonal skills to benefit the team environment

Hourly rate starts at $20-$24/hour commensurate with experience

Prior underwriting experience, preferably in the insurance industry
