On-site trade contractor management experience

Manage construction site conditions to ensure a clean and safe job site. Ensure trade partners comply with daily cleanup requirements.

Strong written communication skills and experience documenting and distributing meeting minutes to clients & partners

Serve as owner’s representative who manages field activities for the assigned project(s) while fostering a culture of team building.

Assist Project Manager in day to day functions

1-3+ years of experience working with a construction general contractor

Tech savvy individual; working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam a plus

Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients

5-10+ year's experience in large scale commercial ground-up construction

Willing to take on multiple responsibilities and complete a variety of tasks to complete projects on time

Coordinate the work of all construction substrates in conjunction with the main office.

Exceptional organization, time-management and leadership skills

Actively assist in management of subcontractors, schedule, budget, and time-line on high-profile multifamily construction projects across Dayton, OH
