Assistant Construction Project Superintendent Jobs in Florida

2+ years of building and construction management experience

5+ years of building and construction management experience

Working knowledge of project management process and software. (Microsoft Office and SAGE 300 CRE)

Up to date with modern technology and display excellent communication skills

General knowledge of construction principles/practices required

Associates/Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience such as commercial projects, hospitals, public projects, schools, multifamily, etc

Construction Management vocational degree or certificate preferred

Previous construction or skilled trade experience required

Previous homebuilding or real estate industry experience preferred

Demonstrated leadership capabilities including motivating teams, employee development, and being results oriented

Strong people skills, including the capability to handle various personalities and develop professional relationships

Helps to reinforce the commitment to achieve "100% complete and 100% on time" KBnxt process

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related field preferred

Proven track record of successful project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management

Interfacing with the Project Manager to develop and continually drive the project schedule as needed

Supporting the Lead Superintendent with scheduling and managing permitting and inspection requirements

Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Scheduling and managing all materials, manpower, and equipment needs to conduct work on-site
