About Our Client
Our client is a well established Design/Build General Contractor in Ohio. With a focus on Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, and Education, this firm is working on some of Ohio's most prominent and high profile projects. Their commitment to employee success is unparalleled, and they are looking for a strong Superintendent to grow and develop with their resources and expertise.

  • Visit job sites occasionally to check on project progress
  • Providing technical support to construction staff
  • Assist Project Manager in day to day functions
  • Maintain project close out documents
  • Monitor costs and project progress
  • Other duties as assigned depending on Project Manager or direct supervisor
  • Answer questions regarding scope of work
  • Help produce project schedules
  • Track status of change orders
  • Review plans and documents
  • Oversee submittals and RFIs

The Successful Applicant
  • Co-op or internship experience working with a general contractor preferred but not required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • 1-3+ years of experience working with a construction general contractor
  • Tech savvy individual; working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to commute within a 40 mile radius of Columbus depending on project location
