Assistant Pet Care Team Leader Jobs

Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures preferred

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Additional Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software preferred

2+ years Radiology Technologist or Medical Assistant experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Use scalable systems and metrics to monitor and improve the customer experience driving loyalty, retention and growth.

Effectively manage an omni-channel environment (including phone, email, and chat) ensuring customer's needs are met where they need us most.

Minimum of 3 years experience leading teams of individual contributors.

Deep understanding of customer experience call center metrics, best practices and tools.

Experience using data to build new processes and improve existing ones

Lead a Customer Care team of passionate individuals and support their daily activities.

Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.

Be a front line nursing leader with excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum – Two (2) years of experience in Surgical Services setting

Preferred – Three (3) years of experience in Surgical Services setting

Preferred – National certification in relevant specialty

Knowledge of USDA, FDA, SQF and customer requirements for a food manufacturing plant

Knowledge of Sustainability and EPA requirements for a manufacturing plant

Knowledge of the proper use of all cleaning chemicals

Monitors equipment to process whey into WPI powder and Salibra

Includes, but is not limited to pasteurizers, CIP systems, UF, RO, MF, VMF, polisher, and dryers

Monitors receiving of all whey and retentate into Richfield facility and shipping of permeate from Richfield facility

Excellent verbal and written communication skills since you will be communicating directly with clients, the Pet Care Manager, and colleagues

Be comfortable scheduling services and changing schedules around when the Pet Care Manager is unavailable

Follow a schedule provided by the Pet Care Manager
