Oversee Therapeutic Foster Care – Case Management (TFC-CM) Team

Participate in one-on-one consultation with FFT FC Clinical Consultant once Supervisor certification is achieved

Participate as Department liaison on external meetings with CT-DCF

Motivation and accountability of the team, creation of clinicians’ professional development plans

Daily contact with individuals on the team and an expectation of immediate feedback to therapists

Providing feedback, expertise, and approvals on therapists’ behavior change plans and other model adherent clinical interventions

6+ years of excellent project management skills, ability to multitask effectively independently, and work cross-functionally.

Knowledge of end-to-end campaign management processes.

Leverage campaign management best practices to optimize campaign performance, including techniques like A/B or multivariate testing, personalization, and segmentation

Manage and collaborate closely with team members across time zones and provide them guidance and clear requirements needed for development.

Content / HTML experience – Content Testing, QA, intermediate HTML skills.

Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience with creative problem-solving skills.

10+ years project management experience

Proactiveness and a positive outlook and approach to change management

Manage large scale programs within the Land Development & Community team

Manage virtual teams to deliver on programs driving significant impact without direct authority

Manage projects and processes driving measurable results to deliver business impact

Run and manage operational initiatives end to end

· Knowledge of personnel management and program management is critical for this position.

Help track progress, resolve issues, and ensure the program runs smoothly

Will also be responsible for the overall success of the program/projects and ensures goals and standards are successfully implemented.
