Interpersonal Skill and Communication Responsibilities

Keep up to date on all IHSAA eligibility and certification dates.

Coordinate all Vertical Alignment Responsibilities with the Middle School

Knowledge of athletics, athletic programs, and physical fitness.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Assist in the selection of coaches.

Experience working with a diverse, non-traditional, inner-city population in their efforts to achieve higher education and career goals is highly preferred

Delegate specific department mandates such as communication, individual coaches' responsibilities, and other considerations when necessary.

Strong written and public speaking skills

High creativity, organizational skills, and ability to work independently

Strong technical skills, including familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)

Strong professional relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with people from a variety of backgrounds
