Manage the classroom to optimise training experience.

Work closely with the designated scheduling manager to ensure that trainer utilisation meets or exceeds the company requirements.

4+ years of experience in a quantitative or finance field; real estate asset management experience is strongly preferred

The Asset Management Associate’s primary job responsibilities will include:

Preparing institutional-quality reports and presentations for distribution to senior management, equity partners, and lenders

The Asset Management Associate will also assist the team by:

Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis

Salary equivalent to $40K per year (annualized) plus benefits

*This is a full time, 3 month (with benefits) contract that has the potential to extend.

• 7+ years of multifamily asset or property management experience

• Ability to independently manage projects and responsibilities across multiple assets, skill sets and timelines

• Implement project level asset management strategy in accordance with the asset’s investment thesis

• Strong knowledge of Section 8, Section 42 (LIHTC) and NYC regulatory programs mandatory

• Strong financial modeling and accounting skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Interface and provide periodic updates to institutional equity partners including tax credit investors

Assist in the negotiation of property management agreements

Review and manage quarterly asset summary reports (and any additional reports with JV partners) for distribution to senior management and investors

Review post-closing documents and help transition assets from Acquisitions and Development to Asset Management

Oversight of internal and third-party property managers on lease-up of Class A properties and stabilized Class A properties

Assemble and manage real estate schedules and valuation summaries for internal team, investors, and lenders

Work with third-party lenders and internal structured finance group on diligence items for construction loans and permanent loans

7-10 years’ experience in student housing or multi-family real estate, in an operational asset management role.

Strong business acumen; project management and organizational skills.

Ensure MJW is following best industry practices regarding all aspects of asset management.

Analyze and make recommendations regarding all technological services, including revenue management systems and Yardi.

Participate in monthly and quarterly property management operations calls.

Implement robust tenant relations and satisfaction program, including regular surveys and reporting to senior management.

3+ years of experience with cybersecurity, asset management, and asset protection, including BigFix for large enterprise environments

Experience with BigFix, including Asset Discovery, Inventory, Software Distribution, Compliance, Vulnerability Management, and Patch Management

Experience with configuration management of operating systems and applications of popular security benchmarks

3+ years of experience in assisting with patching and upgrading HCL BigFix applications

Experience with testing, distributing, and optimizing application and software packages using HCL BigFix

Experience with software discovery and reporting using BigFix Inventory

Knowledge and experience in an electrical engineering environment, preferably a utility.

Ability to work in a matrix management environment.

Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for the specific position.

Knowledge of The Narragansett Electric Company’s business operations, company policies and practices preferred.

Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's Degree in engineering or engineering technology from a college or university. Discipline required will vary by the specific job requirements.

Knowledge of project planning, to include estimation of tasks and time requirements.

Mid-management/Professional grade, and management personnel may receive 40 hours of admin leave per calendar year.

Proficiency with SQL, T-SQL, and XML.

Perform data analysis to produce key performance indicators.

Perform ad hoc queries to ensure data integrity.
