BA/BS Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of experience in leading IT / Software asset management program and tools. 4+ years leadership experience.

Knowledge of Flexera Software asset management tool a plus.

Legal background or experience in contract management.

Manage enterprise wide On-prem and SaaS software licenses through Flexera Software asset management tool.

Responsible for the governance (contractual compliance) and management of all aspects of the license management function throughout the software asset lifecycle.

• 5+ years of professional experience in a personalized and productive customer support role

Participate in property visits, market tours, and manager/broker meetings

Assist team of asset managers and investment professionals with oversight and asset strategy

0 - 1 years financial analysis, real estate, modeling experience

Exceptional quantitative modeling and analytical skills

Interface with business development, finance, and construction management teams to ensure smooth transition of projects into commercial operation

Manage monthly lost output and guaranteed energy production status per applicable offtake requirements

Manage the P&L and cash position for all generating assets within assigned portfolio

Initiate and/or support major projects, divestitures, capital investment, refinance, and revenue enhancement proposals

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics or related field

Ability to think creatively, manage competing priorities, work independently, and pay attention to detail

A minimum of 5 years of multifamily asset management experience

Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field

Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure business plans are executed and lead monthly financial reviews with the operations team

Review monthly financial and operating reports to measure performance against budget and business plans

Prepare monthly reports and presentations related to property and portfolio performance

Research current market trends to support decision making

Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), ticketing systems, and project management tools.

Proven experience building and leading mid to large diverse teams: hiring, developing and managing high performers.

Experience working with business analysts or analytics teams to measure operational metrics for forward looking operational planning.

Fluency in different asset types across art & print, av, and digital production.

Experience with asset management platforms and/or asset lifecycle development for entertainment

Collaborate with the extended Product Management team to deliver common features and connected data across our studio technologies.

Experience working closely with Data Science, Finance, and Corporate Strategy to define and measure product goals and outcomes

Work as part of an autonomous team along with experienced engineers to deliver outstanding products to our internal customers.
