Manages the offer process from seeking approvals to execution of offer letter language. Supports on-boarding for new hires and internal transfers.

Ensures data quality of Talent Relationship Management and Talent Management tools.

Handles any candidate travel and accommodations in partnership with travel agency, manages expense reimbursement.

Ad hoc projects, other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience, preferably in an administrative capacity or detail-oriented work environment (Talent or similar environment preferred)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.

Experience in account management and/or subscriber-focused partnerships; preferably in TV, cable or streaming media businesses

Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of management and directly with clients.

Management and optimization of contractual media and marketing budgets

Project manage 360-degree growth initiatives with MVPD, vMVPD, Wireless and enterprise partners from conceptual stage through execution and analysis.

3-5 years of work experience, ideally in the media industry

Broad knowledge of the organization, policies, and practices

Operates and maintains asset management system (AMS) in accordance with standard operating procedures

Develops, monitors, maintains purchasing module for location in asset management system (AMS)

Vocational / associates degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

Parts and mechanical experience a plus

Experience in MS Office and CMMS (preferred)

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts terminology and identification
