Detailed Job Description An Arts Education Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing arts education programs for students of all ages. This includes creating lesson plans, providing instruction and guidance to students, and working with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure that the arts are included in the curriculum. The Arts Education Specialist must also be knowledgeable about the various types of art forms, including music, theater, visual arts, and dance. They must be able to assess student needs and develop appropriate strategies to meet those needs.
