·Assist the Education Manager in training Education staff members in all animal handling protocols and procedures.
·Maintain and/or create assigned training manuals, i.e., Education Animal Resource Manual and program manuals.
·Develop, teach, and train the students and/or public about the animals in the education collection.
·Train to teach all Education programs.

Detailed Job Description An Arts Education Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing arts education programs for students of all ages. This includes creating lesson plans, providing instruction and guidance to students, and working with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure that the arts are included in the curriculum. The Arts Education Specialist must also be knowledgeable about the various types of art forms, including music, theater, visual arts, and dance. They must be able to assess student needs and develop appropriate strategies to meet those needs. Additionally, they must be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs they develop and make necessary adjustments. Job Skills Required
