2 years experience coordinating guest and artist relations and services including, communication, travel, benefits, hosting and operational support, or related.

Prior experience with digital music platforms, technology-driven music companies, or similar innovative environments is highly preferred.

Responsible for shopping, purchasing and setting up “night of” green room hospitality riders for artist and artist teams

Maintain member satisfaction and ensure a consistently evolving world class member experience, echoing the brand values.

Support the Club Manager as a strategic team player within the team.

Support all membership acquisition including renewals through our CRM system.
