Talent Management and/or Organizational Effectiveness

· Assess organizational needs and identify and support opportunities for management and employee professional development and growth.

Manage Benefits and HRIS systems

· A Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of experience in the HR field, and SHRM certification.

Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of staff

A minimum of five years of Human Resource management experience is preferred.

Senior Professional in Human Resources or Society for Human Resources Management-Senior Certified Professional is highly desired.

Previous experience working with a 501 (c)(3) is preferred.

Experience consulting and educating executive leadership and/or a Board of Directors on HR-related topics.

Experience using web-based platforms, such as MS Office 365, DocuSign, and

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations for a Washington-DC-based and multi-state organization.
