Experience in creative problem-solving, influencing, change management, and eliminating barriers at any organizational level

Assist in the design and implementation of People policies and procedures to support the business and improve overall teammate experience.

Minimum 10 years of progressive corporate HR Business Partner / HR Generalist experience preferably within a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment

Experience working within the hospitality, guest experience, transportation and/or operations sectors

Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

Experience / knowledge of: State and Federal employment laws; workers’ compensation; unemployment compensation; FMLA; recruitment; hiring; and training.

Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.

Minimum 5 years prior experience in Human Resources functions.

Ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Human Resources Department.

Establishes, maintains, and trains standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions in the department.
