Salary Range: $48,000 - $56,000 /year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Completes entry level assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities.

Applies academic knowledge and training in the use of various building materials and systems.

Associates or Bachelor of Architecture Degree required with little or no practical working experience.

Works under the direction of a project architect; receives specific and detailed instruction as to required tasks and results.

Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in architectural design software, project management tools, and other relevant industry software.

Municipal Project Expertise: Experience in managing architectural projects for municipal clients.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Architectural Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Licensed Architect: Hold a valid architectural license and possess a comprehensive understanding of architectural principles and practices.

Actively engage with Sales, Project Management, Client Services and installation firms to ensure exceptional client experience/outcome.

Manage changes and revisions throughout the entire process of the project.

Manage adherence to project schedule, internal budget, customer's project budget, design task completions and quality of design work.

3 to 5 years of previous contract furniture industry experience preferred.

1 to 2 years of experience in a dealer environment preferred.

3+ years of AutoCAD/specification experience.
