Expert usage of Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project required.

Experience with information services or enterprise healthcare business practices.

Must possess strong communications skills, both written and verbal, as well as organizational skills.

Resolve problems directly through coaching of subordinates and/or collaboration with peers and management.

Manage key performance indicators and interpreter payroll metrics.

Continuously improve vocabulary and specialized knowledge of subject matter required for various clients such as medical, legal, social services, etc.

Skilled at adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances.

Skilled at organizing work, prioritizing duties, and delegating work appropriately to staff.

Skilled at timely addressing uncomfortable or difficult employee performance issues and situations, working towards an effective resolution.

2+ years of Supervisor or Manager experience in title and function.

Healthcare or Managed Care experience preferred.

This position is responsible for supervising a technology development area and team comprised of multiple roles and responsibilities.

Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience.

2+ years of experience required in systems development and analysis.

Experience supervising the development of solutions for a variety of software development tools.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or project management role.

Provide risk management expertise through the lens of money movement and processes for all payment rails.

Serves as risk management advisor for the development of new or modified products and new operational processes and procedures.

Minimum 7 years of risk and control management in a financial or banking institution.

Minimum 3 years of operational risk management control design, testing, and/or auditing in a financial institution.

Experience performing manual labor in an outside setting.

Preferred 2-3 years of "hands on" experience with tools or heavy equipment.

Strictly adhere to MPW Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.

Set up jobsite including water blast hose, or vacuum hose, barricade tape and tags.

Cleans equipment prior to return to MPW branch location.

Demonstrate initiative in execution of assigned tasks.

Knowledge of technical security solutions (firewall, instruction prevention, vulnerability management) (Desired 4 Years)

Perform ongoing IT and security risk assessments to support the GT enterprise risk management function.

Working knowledge in the application of information security concepts, principles and practices. (Required 4 Years)
