Project Management methodologies, Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Waterfall, and LEAN Six Sigma Certifications preferred.

Provides a broad range of project management and analytical services for complex, strategically defined Scripps projects.

Expert usage of Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project required.

Experience with information services or enterprise healthcare business practices.

Must possess strong communications skills, both written and verbal, as well as organizational skills.

Practices excellent time management skills as well as organizational and inter-personal skills to work with a variety of people and conditions.

Advises IS Management of any issues that could relate to customer satisfaction. Attends all meetings as required.

Provides an excellent service desk experience to all customers

Provides IT Technical Support for all Eisenhower managed computers, office equipment, hardware, mobility devices, websites/software, and much more
