Successful completion of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program

3+ years experience in BSA/AML or Fraud related work, preferably in the payments space

Strong investigative skills, including familiarity with public record research and database tools

Demonstrated transaction analysis skills that apply across numerous financial products in complex scenarios

Proven working experience as a Compliance Specialist

4+ years relevant experience in BSA/AML and Sanctions related work

3+ years people management experience, including coaching and developing compliance specialists/ analysts

Communicate with program management on ongoing technology, and process/workflow change initiatives and ensure appropriate team adoption

Operational knowledge in executing and running a sound Compliance program with hands-on knowledge of MSB regulatory requirements

Understand regulatory landscape and compliance requirements; with emphasis on applicable Compliance and BSA/AML requirements including customer identification, due diligence best practices

Create, monitor, and meet important operational metrics and implement solutions with COM program managers regarding any issues identified

Maintain up-to-date knowledge on BSA/AML regulatory changes and landscape

Superb organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Identify and evaluate KYC requirements for new and existing products or features

Build tactical and scalable solutions for operational teams to manage compliance tasks and risks

8+ years in the compliance industry, with experience in managing KYC onboarding programs in the financial industry

Operational knowledge in building a sound Compliance program

Knowledge in payment regulations and scheme rules, knowledge of areas of Cards and peer-to-peer payments also ideal

Superb organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Experienced APPs, five or more years of experience required.

Candidate must physically reside in NC/SC; Pediatric Urgent Care/ED experience a strong preference.

Outpatient only, Shift based coverage, typically 2-3 APPs on same shift

Weekend coverage every 3-4 weeks

Patient load of 3 per hour

Current office hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am – 9:00pm

Assists hiring leaders with offer process by providing following up with candidate and reviewing APP compensation/offers.

Supports physician & APP recruitment manager as needed.

Consults with physician and operations leaders regarding physician & APP staffing demand/needs within assigned specialty and region.

Collaborates with our CCO, hiring leaders, immigration attorneys and candidates regarding any immigration needs.

Facilitates process for physician and APP internal transfers, promotions and staffing adjustments as directed by leadership.

Responsible for keeping physician and APP database current with accessible information about candidate and search status.

Performs initial and periodic medical history, physical examinations, and daily assessments.

Records findings of examinations, assessments and plan of care.

Performs minor office-based medical and/or surgical procedures.

Writes appropriate prescriptions and administers medications.

Orders and interprets daily laboratory and radiology examinations.

Determines treatment plan for patient.

State of Florida Licensure Requirements

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License

BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)

Implements appropriate management based on laboratory results, physical assessment, routine diagnostic and follow-up studies, and therapeutic measures.

Current physician assistant licensure in State of Florida Maintains BLS certification.

Assesses the physical and psychosocial status of patients by means of interview, health history, physical examination, and diagnostic studies.

Recognizes deviations from normal in the physical assessment; and is able to formulate appropriate treatment plans.

Initiates appropriate actions to facilitate the implementation of therapeutic plans that are consistent with the continuing healthcare needs of patients.

Demonstrates caring practices by providing a compassionate and therapeutic environment for patients and their families.
