Position Title: APP Hospitalist need in Michigan

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Effectively leverage case management tools in order to assist customers with account verification and recovery

Ability to manage and support high case volumes

Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in the financial services industry

Experience in direct customer or client-facing roles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Background in making data driven decisions and managing cases in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Manage and respond to incoming claims in customer-impacting queues, in compliance with operational and regulatory obligations.

Required: Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in the financial services industry
