Turn quantitative insights into qualitative recommendations and distill data down to actionable opportunities through clear delivery and communication skills

2-3 years of experience using digital analytics applications (Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, etc.), preferably including maintenance of site and marketing tags

Working knowledge of using and executing queries in a database environment (SQL/SAS/R or similar)

Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Domo

Develop, distribute, and maintain enterprise-wide reporting, measurement methodologies, and KPIs

Contribute towards understanding of the role each marketing channel plays in customer acquisition and the broader customer journey

Mentors the team through training visual expectations, operational standards, and materials/tool management

Attends store meetings to share inspiration, new ideas, and pertinent information from Home Office and field leadership with the store team

High-level of craftsmanship with working knowledge of power tools

1+ years retail merchandising experience

Extensive knowledge of current and potential market and fashion trends with the ability to translate them into commercially inspiring ranges.

Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.

Knowledge of MS Office computer programs is required.

Self-starter with developed interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, InDesign and Photoshop a plus

Organize and distribute call sheets, production schedules and other shoot-related documents

Coordinate & communicate information on availability of freelancers, models and in-house teams to relevant parties

Collect, process, and rectify invoices/expenses on a weekly basis

Assist Production team with travel booking, call-sheet development, obtaining COIs, carnets gathering and shipping samples for shoots, and other administrative tasks

Must exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

1-2 Years retail experience or internship.

Open all packages and distribute to the appropriate Buyer for review

Organize all sample areas (our area, desk, shelves, etc.)
