Analyst Supply Planning Jobs in New York

Strongly empathic & empowering leader with experience of supply planning, inventory management, purchasing and vendor management

Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Supply Chain, Operations Management or Engineering

Drive cross-functional alignment on growth commitments, supply plans and inventory coverage working in collaboration with our Sales, Marketing and Finance teams

Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG, co-manufacturing or related field

Demonstrated leadership experience in at least one or more of the following areas: Supply Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations

Beauty products manufacturing experience (color cosmetics highly preferred) for FG sourcing

Identifies and assesses near to medium term capacity constraints, collaborating with Manager to devise and review action plans.

Possesses the capability and knowledge to represent the team in meetings and presentations when needed

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, Visio)

Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, follow-up and problem solving skills

Solid written & verbal skills; to work under pressure or time sensitive/urgent deadlines

Collects pertinent diamond data from the supply chain and stone pipeline, producing outputs for further analysis and assessment.

Forecasting, master production scheduling, and inventory management for all brands

Working with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Project Management, NPD, Packaging Development, Sourcing, etc.

Communicates to senior management, in advance, potential supply chain interruptions along with possible solutions

10+ years experience, preferably in a FDA regulated pharmaceutical or OTC environment

Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure is necessary to be successful in this role

The Supply Planning Director Should Have the Following Qualifications:

Manage safety stock at the SKU level for multiple métiers

Facilitate meetings with Sales, Marketing and Finance to review stock availability.

Minimum of 2 year work experience preferably within Supply Chain
