BS/BA required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Finance, or Business Management.

Knowledge of project management software and methodologies

Assist Project Manager with development and management of project plan

Interview additional supply chain teams to gain a broader understanding of the supply planning requirements and constraints.

Based on the gathered requirements, participate in the solution design to ensure the business requirements are met.

Works with IT and software consultants to translate business and design requirements into technical requirements.

Strong Excel and data management skills required.

3-5 years of experience in scheduling/planning; inventory management; or production/material control.

Education, Work Experience, And Professional Certifications

Manages the Golf Ball Materials Requirements Plan (MRP) which generates Purchase requisitions for all NAM buys.

Golf industry knowledge/experience strongly preferred.

Manages inventory levels, actioning both shortages & excess in partnership with sales & suppliers alike.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently

Progressive experience with supply /demand planning

BS/BA degree in industrial engineering, science, or business (or equivalent experience).

Strong analytics, model building, supply simulation, data visualization skills needed

Experience in ERP System along with a high proficiency in MS Office Software

Experience in a fast-paced production environment with various constraints
