Collaborating with our parent company, Match Group, to promote trust, safety, and inclusivity narratives in the U.S.

Knowledge of phytopathology, plant physiology, quantitative genetics, statistics, crop management and new breeding technologies.

Foster the deployment of the Crop PVP/IP strategy within the Crop-Team. Support Manage PVP/ IP in collaboration with Germplasm Development Head

Develop and manage budgets for Crop-Teams in collaboration with the PPP.

PhD (or equivalent research experience) in plant science, preferably breeding

Commercial breeding program processes. Knowledge of genetics, statistics, phytopathology, plant or crop physiology, molecular markers, and seed produce quality.

Proven experience in leading a team.

Run the holistic product experience and strategy of new or current projects for the VCT Americas league

Manage the VCT Americas P&L, prepare and present insight, plans and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Develop and design a fan experience that puts fans first while being commercially viable for the league and teams

Run weekly stand-ups and manage work tracking for sections of the team

Experience with complex business and P&L management

Leverage combination of strong commercial knowledge and financial acumen to maximize our ability to deliver against NPD/EPD pipeline financial commitments.

Partner with Finance to lead business case and P&L considerations for Innovation Pipeline.

8 -10 years’ experience in Marketing, with experience in consumer-packaged goods
