Alcohol Warehouse Lead Jobs in Texas

Experienced in SAP Data Entry - receiving, packing, inventory management, etc.

Unloading, put away, picking, inventory management, packaging, and loading of product.

Work closely with Sales and Project Management to communicate order lead times and resolve customer complaints.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

3 years of direct shipping experience required.

Possess good verbal and written communication skills.

Overseeing inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment

Taking responsibility for training and supervising subordinates; and making sure staffing is adequate to manage the workload.

Checking pick tickets for possible errors and clarifying them with sales staff

Overseeing daily operations outlined by the Supervisor

Managing team members by prioritizing tasks and making sure the tasks are completed in a timely manner

Assisting in loading outbound shipments

Reports personnel issues to Warehouse Manager for follow up.

Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Salary: $23-25/hour + $2 night shift differential

Is trained to safely and properly place received shipments into proper storage locations.

Completes receiving paperwork and documentation.

Monitors assigned workflow and working hours, with special emphasis on productivity and reduction of overtime hours.

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail/distribution environment

Excellent computer skills: proficient in Google Suite and Excel (Advanced)

Beer / Cider knowledge preferred

Must be able to work on group projects with multiple managers and staff
