Air Chargeback Specialist Jobs in Texas

Strong knowledge of Texas and New Mexico air related rules, permitting, and reporting requirements

Management of consulting agencies when applicable

Experience at the federal and some sort of state level related to air compliance regulations

Strong communication skills capable of coordinating with multiple disciplines throughout the company

Reporting necessary to adhere to New Mexico and Texas emission release requirements

Occasional remote weekend emission reporting for events that require 24-hour notification (New Mexico).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Experience as an environmental air consultant and oil and gas upstream industry.

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.

Bacheloras Degree in compliance, business management, operations management, or equivalent work experience

Minimum of two (2) years of program and project management experience consisting of multiple projects, varying scopes, and competing priorities

Manage and oversee the daily reporting requirements from each regulated site

Provide on-going status reports and summary reports as needed to MSA management and the clients

Must be a US Citizen (pursuant to government clearance requirements)

Minimum of two (2) years of client-facing experience with a large multinational corporation in a quality assurance or compliance-related role
