Agriculture Instructor Jobs

Certification or eligible for certification by the Florida State Department of Education to teach in the State of Florida

Participates in personal professional growth activities focused on the acquisition of new and improved skills and knowledge.

Utilizes classroom management techniques conducive to an effective classroom climate.

Manages classroom and supervises proper care of equipment used.

Responsible for timely and accurate information they maintain as part of their job responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals

Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail

Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational skills, effective time management and multi-tasking abilities

Deliver demonstration experiences that are best-in-class, authentic, engaging, educational, and aligned with Monroe Tractor’s core value and culture.

Strong computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Provide a world class machine delivery experience and welcome new and existing owners to Monroe Tractor ownership journey.

Knowledge of various correction signals used in Agriculture Technology Systems

2 – 5+ years of work experience in related Agriculture positions preferred

Excellent organizational skills, effective time management and multi-tasking abilities

Essential Abilities & Critical Skills

2-5 years of applicable Purchasing experience

At least 2 years of experience utilizing an ERP system (Buying, Researching, Reporting, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining quality & accuracy standards

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferred

Degree major in Supply Chain, Business, or related field is preferred but not required

- In-depth knowledge of various gardening techniques, plant physiology, soil management, pest control, and related topics.

- Proficiency in SEO practices and basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

- Proven experience in writing or content creation, preferably in the gardening or plant care domain.

- Strong research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze information from credible sources.

- Passion for gardening and plant care, with a genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and helping others.

- A bachelor's or master's degree in agriculture, horticulture, plant sciences, or a related field.

Help highly motivated students excited about gaining knowledge and learning skills navigate entry into the agriculture industry.

Advise students and help them identify internship and full-time employment opportunities.
