Strong Electrical knowledge: Ohm's Law, mutlimeter usage, AC/DC currents, reading blueprints and circuit diagrams, electrical troubleshooting on complex machinery,
Experience working in food and meat processing facilities, with cold environments and messy equipment
Experience traveling as a field service technician (or in a similar role), doing both installations and trouble-shooting
Prior experience with packaging machines (ideally thermoformers or vacuum sealing)
Military experience is beneficial, particular mechanical or electrical
Prior troubleshooting experience on complex equipment, where others have often compounded issues by trying, and failing, to repair on their own
