Proficiency with document management systems and software.

Familiarity with electronic document management systems (EDMS) is a plus.

Previous experience working in a microbiology lab within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar regulated industry.

Specific experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) is preferred.

Related experience in a pharmaceutical, GMP, or FDA regulated testing laboratory is preferred.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.

Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.

Provide good verbal and written communications to all levels of management, both internally and externally

BS in Enology, Chemistry, Food Science or related field or equivalent of 5 years industry experience

Previous winery experience desired but we will consider training the right person.

Good working and theoretical knowledge of analytical instrumentation

Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills with attention to detail

Strong knowledge of production / manufacturing operations

Detailed knowledge of quality management systems, current Good Manufacturing Practices, longstanding expertise and practice with QC principles.

Manage the creation, review and approval of technical and/or validation reports.

Perform other responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Excellent documentation, written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Coordinate troubleshooting efforts of instrumentation or reagents through hypothesis testing, laboratory notebook studies and communication with vendor technical support.

Support tracking of contract lab tests and review of data from these labs.

Working knowledge of safe lab practices. Know-how and Skills

Maintain quality control records, including data entry into notebooks, logs, LIMS / Labworks software and ERP / SAP software.

Maintain a clean and orderly workplace in accordance with Company requirements.

Laboratory work experience demonstrating proficiency in wet and analytical chemistry, handling strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents.

Experience with industrial adhesives testing preferred but not required.

Experience with mechanical testing is preferred but not required.

At least 3 - 5 years of audio, video or subtitle QC experience

Strong knowledge of home entertainment audio/video equipment

Good organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

Assist in-house QC staff with questions and issues that arise daily

Conduct audio / video / subtitle evaluations on all content.

Check for audio sync, subtitle/caption sync and positioning in all languages, which must follow client specifications.
