Agilex Qc Lab Technician 1 Jobs in Kentucky

One (1) year previous experience in similar Quality Assurance lab.

Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Supervisor, performs evaluations of ingredients and products in various stages of production.

Obtains samples of ingredients/product at regular intervals.

Evaluates the samples: weight, color, bake, etc.

Routinely makes recommendations for processing.

Originate and maintain accurate records.

Manages the calibration database for the facility

Manages and coordinates external calibration of electronic equipment in a timely manner

Experience with SPC, Quality Improvement Programs and ISO fundamentals preferred

Plans and performs calibration of plant measurement equipment within company required specifications; makes operating adjustments as required

Support Research and purchase gauging as requested to support new product/process development

Obtains quotes for needed equipment repairs, replacement gaging
