Aesthetic Account Executive Jobs

At least 2 years of experience as an RN

Certification in injectable services and laser operation

At least 2 years of experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine

Knowledge of MSOffice and ability to develop knowledge of electronic health records system

Approximately 25 hours per week for the initial three months, and then increasing to 36 hours per week

Primary locations are the Colorado Springs Briargate and Northgate offices.

A minimum of two (2) years aesthetic, consultative sales experience with proven track record

Superior interpersonal and customer service skills

Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections

Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping

Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour plus Bonus Incentives

$40 - $50 per hour

Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members

Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction

Maintains detailed records within the company’s client management system with regard to patient treatments, outcomes and other required medical input.

Performs various Neurotoxin and Filler injections on OVME clients providing the highest level of patient comfort, studio experience, and results satisfaction.

Performs other studio services where appropriately skilled and licensed.

Reports to Studio Medical Director and Studio Manager.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well independently, in a team environment and with remote employees

Gather and report competitive intel to return to sales management.

Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:

Sell company products in established territory via sales presentations, promotional activities and educational events.

Stays within guidelines of expenses and manage territory budget (including sample budget).

Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of aesthetic sales experience in lieu of degree.

5+ years of selling experience in the injectable aesthetics market or comparable experience selling to plastic surgeons or dermatologists preferred.
