At times may be asked to attend meetings as the spokes person for the Management Team

Provide day-to-day administrative support and manage complex calendars.

Manage sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality

Team player rib - assist other managers as needed for special projects

Minimum 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Support, Customer Service or other relevant business field

4 year College degree or equivalent work experience required

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in supply chain management, production control, procurement, business, quality assurance or related field (preferred qualification)

Experience working on process improvement teams or possess Six Sigma certification (preferred)

Manufacturing Experience – 5-10 years, preferably in Machine Shop/Sheet Metal

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (2010 Excel basic skills required)

Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills

Proactively work with the supplier to monitor all parts to support On-time deliveries to our aerospace customers

Strong interpersonal, time management, and multi-tasking abilities

Experience teaching a wide range of STEAM skills in a project-based environment

Provide educational program and classroom support for Wings instructors

Bachelor’s degree or Teacher Certification desirable but not required

Prior classroom or equivalent experience working with middle & high school aged students highly preferred

Working knowledge of robotics, drones, avionics, flight simulators, and basic hand tools is preferred
