CPR Certification, First Aid Certification, and an annual Tuberculosis test.

Performs case management and contributes to client care monitoring.

Completes comprehensive assessments of clients’ substance abuse history and treatment requirements, and develops individualized treatment plan.

High school/GED with 4 years of behavioral health experience, and a MADAC or higher level credential OR

Provides individual and group counseling and may facilitate didactic groups.

Documents treatment and discharge plans, and clients’ progress and responses to treatment; and maintains related records and charts.

Bachelor’s or Masters degree in related field OR

Knowledgeable in and able to provide distance therapy sessions, psychoeducational training, and crisis interventions using technological tools.

Must have specialized training in opioid treatment and at least one year of career experience.
