Two to Four years of related experience in a related field and one year in a health care setting preferred.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

2+ years of work experience in healthcare-related marketing.

Strong, working knowledge of LTC admission processes

Conduct pre-screening of potential patients to determine their eligibility for admission

Two years successful marketing experience in the health field preferably in long-term care and/or subacute rehab highly preferred.

Hires, manages, motivates and builds an effective Admissions and Records unit. Leads and coaches the team towards performance and service excellence.

Manages over 600 records for faculty and staff access to student administration systems.

Develops, implements, evaluates and oversees a comprehensive strategy for delivering quality academic support services to students, faculty, and administrative staff.

Leads Admissions and Records service priorities for the Okanagan Campus, including development and assessment of service standards, initiatives, and new technology.

CoGS representative for UBC-wide governance and project committees related to admissions and records enterprise systems.

Oversees staffing strategy for Admissions & Records unit, including direct supervision of multiple staff.

At least 2 years of experience in Admissions and Public Relations.
