Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• On-the-job training provided.
• Two to Four years of related experience in a related field and one year in a health care setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
• Must be knowledgeable in current PC applications and use computers proficiently.
• Must be knowledgeable of Medicare and Medicaid process
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Strong aptitude for written and verbal correspondence
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required preferably in marketing/sales or communications.
