Overview The Admissions Coordinator Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Admissions Coordinator. This includes assisting with the coordination of admissions activities, providing customer service to prospective students, and maintaining accurate records. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Admissions Coordinator Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Admissions Coordinator. This includes:
• Assisting with the coordination of admissions activities, including scheduling interviews, processing applications, and responding to inquiries.
• Providing customer service to prospective students, including answering questions, providing information, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate records of admissions activities, including applications, transcripts, and test scores.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of admissions policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations related to admissions activities.
• Assisting with the coordination of special events related to admissions.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in admissions or customer service.
• Knowledge of admissions policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
