Previous customer service experience, prefer 1 -3 years

Knowledge of organization’s products, services, and business operations

Develops sound relationships with business partners, managers, consultants and trainers.

Previous supervisory experience in an operations management position.

Serve as the primary point person with our 3rd party labs, dermatology practices, facilities management, and internal stakeholders.

Manage logistics of delivery services via UPS, FedEx, etc.

Manage the supply chain/inventory of operational supplies.

Strong experience in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsible for general daily supervision of non-clinical personnel and all administrative operations of the lab with focus on operational efficiencies.
