Accurately enter parts inventory information into the inventory management system

Accurate data entry skills including ten key by touch

Light accounting knowledge, auto parts knowledge and DealerTrack experience a plus

Minimum two years of clerical work experience

Beginner level Access, Word, and Excel skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Maintenance Clerk is responsible for verifying and maintaining records regarding Maintenance materials.

Manage maintenance information to ensure smooth operation of the maintenance department.

Excellent interpersonal skills and advanced computer literacy is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Responsible to operate office equipment, generate invoices, multi-task, kit parts, stock inventory, cycle count and maintain inventory records

Have the ability to read and interpret maintenance procedures and documents.
