Would you like to play a key role in helping our Parts Management team track our parts inventory? We are looking for a Clerk to assist our Servco Toyota Honolulu Kakaako Parts Department with keeping an accurate record of inventory so we can continue to deliver great service to our retail customers and service department.

Responsibilities

• Process credit memos
• Process accounts payable invoices for payment in a timely manner
• File and perform other clerical support functions as needed
• Complete parts worksheets and logs
• Accurately enter parts inventory information into the inventory management system

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Beginner level Access, Word, and Excel skills
• Minimum two years of clerical work experience
• Light accounting knowledge, auto parts knowledge and DealerTrack experience a plus
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Accurate data entry skills including ten key by touch
