Administrative Assistant Tire Shop Jobs

Attends training, workshops, meetings, etc., as appropriate to maintain or enhance job knowledge and skills; and

One (1) year of relevant prior experience;

Knowledge of basic addition and subtraction, such as making change or measuring;

Ability to perform skilled work involving rules/systems with almost constant problem-solving;

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:

Diagnoses and performs mechanical repair work on automobiles, trucks and small engines and other specialized equipment.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Effectively manage workload, establishes clear objectives and day-to-day priorities, handles multiple tasks and workflow.

Understanding the advertising industry and your client’s business

Understanding key agency disciplines: All media, Production, Creative, Legal & Strategy

Shows curiosity in everything and educate/share out with team – teach up.

Approaches each assignment with curiosity, open-mindedness and forward-thinking.

Knowledge of hot tire safety procedures

May be required to perform basic welding tasks using a cutting torch

May operate equipment such as: forklifts, cranes, small mobile equipment, and impact guns

Responsible for maintaining work orders, a clean and safe work area and performing work area inspections

May perform hot tire replacement and follows hot tire safety procedures

Perform other duties as required

Computer skills including: Microsoft Office (word, outlook, Sales Force)

Skilled in Written and Verbal Communication

$16 - $24 an hour with bonuses included.

Potential to make $50k+ a year
