England Logistics is one of the fastest growing third party logistics companies in the country. We are looking for someone to join our team in a customer service and sales support role. In this position, you will be responsible for helping and assisting our sales team complete transaction payment and customer service assistance. This includes but not limited to calling on current clients, processing invoices, taking payment, sending out invoices and communicating with our vendor partners. Our ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, well organized, and being able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assisting our sales team
• Taking Payments Via credit card and express check
• Checking product/tire availability from shops around the country
• Communicating with customers
• Closing out tire invoices

• Communication skills (organizational, interpersonal)
• Contracts

• Skilled in Written and Verbal Communication
• Self-Starter
• Background in customer service is a plus
• Email Skills (Microsoft Outlook)
• Ability to resolve conflicts

• Computer skills including: Microsoft Office (word, outlook, Sales Force)
