Acute Care Sales Representative Jobs in Iowa

Account management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably a working knowledge of GPO’s and Distributors.

Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business/sales models to help manage and influence business growth.

Demonstrating a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in outside or inside sales.

Two (2) years of experience in outside or inside health care sales in a private, public, government or military environment

Skills include solution selling, listening skills, and gaining commitment

Collaborate and negotiate with project sponsors and other stakeholders on project management strategy, timeframes, and specific outcomes to be achieved

Employ change management strategies and tactics

Assist in establishing and maintaining organizational project management methodology and procedures

Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare, Health Informatics preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience

Proven success in internal and external communication and relationship management with all levels of expertise from administrative to executive
