Detailed Job Description An Activities Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading recreational activities and programs. They must create activities that are safe and engaging for participants, while also ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. They must also manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Additionally, they must monitor the progress of activities and programs, and provide feedback to staff and participants. They must also ensure that all equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored. Job Skills Required
