Change Management: Salesforce Releases & Communications

Partner with Development operations colleagues to build a Development Knowledgebase where staff can find digestible content on business processes and functions.

Independently and in collaboration with stakeholders, create user documentation for the knowledgebase including but not limited to:

At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in training or customer support

At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce

At least 2 years of experience leading training sessions

Six months to one year of related experience and/or training

Greet and announce office visitors

Retrieve and distribute messages from general delivery voicemail

Receive, open, date stamp and distribute all US Mail. Post all outgoing US Mail Replenish postage meter when funds are low

Order and stock ALL office supplies

Disinfect countertops and equipment. Clean out refrigerator regularly

Strong time management skills. The ability to manage multiple projects with shifting and conflicting priorities and deadlines.

Experience leveraging presentation communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex information for broader and verbal/written audience\

Strong professional communication skills required as this position will require regular interaction with divisional senior leadership across divisions.

2-5 years experience in syndicated research

Prior experience in retail management for 1+ years is preferred with Assistant Manager responsibilities

Proficient in various computer systems and applications such as the POS, CRM systems and inventory management systems

Effectively drive business and create sales strategies to maximize sales, provide an exceptional customer experience, and maintain key performance indicators

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with our customers and corporate partners

Effectively capture client information including phone, email and address

Be a quick thinker who listens to the customer and can identify their needs and overcome objections, if raised

Verify benefits, completes pre-certifications and re-certifications for current and new residents, and ensures timely completion of those tasks

Review each case for expense control and alternative options for expense management

Must be able to read, write and understand the English language Position Responsibilities:

Pharmaceutical/medical sales experience is preferred but not required

Sales skills with a proven track record
