• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
• Maintain, manage and record assigned accounts’ correspondence in Salesforce CRM system.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients.
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
• Develop potential channels for maximizing the volume of new lines.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation abilities.
Ability to change tasks at a moment's notice, excellent at time management.
Develop productive relationships with all assigned accounts enabling continuous program refreshes, product line expansions and sales growth. Manage the sales cycle.
Use analytical skills, creativity, organizational ability, interpersonal skills, and win-win thinking to maintain and grow sustainable ongoing revenue streams.
Use creativity and problem-solving abilities to develop programs that are successful growth engines for both retail partners and Rimports.
Strong natural leadership abilities (even without chain-of-command role)
