Overview:
The Access Center Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Access Center staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients. The Access Center Team Lead will provide guidance and direction to team members, monitor performance, and ensure that all services are provided in accordance with established policies and procedures.Detailed Job Description:
• Lead and manage a team of Access Center staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance and direction to team members.
• Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• Ensure that all client inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that all client records are maintained in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all client data is accurately entered into the Access Center database.
• Monitor and analyze Access Center performance metrics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve Access Center performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• Participate in Access Center meetings and other related activities.
