Solid time management, organization, and prioritization skills.

Securing housing for the duration of the internship

Minimum overall GPA of 3.0, preferred.

Able to complete full 12-week internship working 40 hours per week (May/June-August 2024)

Geographic flexibility and willingness to partake in the intern matching process as part of our internship program.

Assist with management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate tracking of applicant flow and data entry.

Become knowledgeable of all Frontier policies and departmental procedures and policies where intern performs work.

Assist with logistical details and requirements associated with interview scheduling.

Previous experience in customer service preferred

Possess excellent office and communication skills

Must have working knowledge of PC’s, MS Office software including Word, Excel

Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization

Emerging partnership and collaboration skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience

Accountable to the Kroger Manufacturing Food Safety and Quality Principles.
