-Automotive background experience (IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management -System in particular) to support EV business.

Ensures manufacturing and assembly processes/procedures utilized by Contract Manufacturers meet product quality and reliability requirements.

0-3 years of previous experience of Electric Product

-Previous quality assurance intern experience in the electronics or power industry.

Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned

Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career

Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work closely and collaboratively with account executives (also known as sales reps) to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies

Conduct high volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media

Assists Donor Stewardship Manager with gift acknowledgements

Works with the Donor Research Manager on additional prospect research projects, as needed.

Data Entry and Administrative Support

Tracks donor/prospect meetings in the database and updates records, along with other relevant correspondence or actions.

Maintains Brookings Council and Society rosters and attributes for all correspondence.

Maintains and pulls lists from RE NXT regularly; formats and prepares lists for fundraiser needs

What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications

Excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking, collaboration, and negotiation skills

Hybrid Schedule - 3 on-site days/2 remote days per week

Provide renewal and new business write ups for primary underwriters to review

Attend underwriting meetings on behalf of partnering teams

Participate in marketing efforts, establish relationships with early career brokers

Work closely with the sales management team and benefit from their experience, ongoing coaching, assessment, and support.

Be expected to actively participate in training courses and developmental activities. Pass certification exams and complete all required program curriculum.

Related experience with cold calling and sales a plus

Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership experience

Strong communication, effective problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Actively connect with customers virtually to promote Align’s product portfolio.

Leading others under the guidance of an experienced Quality Manager

Hands-on experience with all departments and team members

Learn and apply innovative technology and share your knowledge with others.

Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written
