Prepare and review new hire and benefits packages

Work closely with HR Manager in development and implement HR policies

Work closely with HR Manager in implementing new projects, such as 401k, HRIS, and Annual Open Enrollment activities.

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Previous internship or co-op experience
